Elyse Jane Villani (born 6 October 1989) is a decorated Australian cricketer, recognized as a top-order batter and former captain for the Hobart Hurricanes (WBBL) and Tasmania (WNCL). A member of three T20 World Cup-winning squads (2010, 2014, 2018), the right-hander played for Australia from 2009–2019 before retiring from WBBL in December 2025 following a successful stint with the Hurricanes.

  • Elyse Villani officially retired from the WBBL on December 13, 2025, immediately after leading the Hobart Hurricanes to their maiden WBBL title in a fairytale finish. The Hurricanes defeated the Perth Scorchers by eight wickets in the final.
